Maybe I’m more on the overprotective side, but I just didn’t feel like there was enough supervision. I didn’t feel fully comfortable or safe with how things were being watched, and that made it hard for me to relax.

The food was okay, but yeah, the outdoor area didn’t really feel that clean when I was there. There was some trash around the bins and, like, a few sticky spots near the tables. It just made the place feel a bit neglected, honestly. Hopefully they stay on top of it a little better

"Pony ride was okay, just felt a little rushed"
We took our kid for the pony ride, they did have fun, so I’m glad we did it. The pony seemed calm, and the staff was friendly enough, which made me feel better about the whole thing.
I don’t know why, but I expected it to last a little longer for the price. The line also moved slowly, and then the actual ride felt over really fast. It wasn’t bad, just more of an okay experience than something I’d be excited to do again.

The food was okay, nothing really stood out. What bothered me more was that the restroom was dirty, and it kind of felt like no one on staff cared or noticed. I didn’t feel like my concerns would’ve been taken seriously anyway.

I was really hoping the petting zoo would be fun, but it wasn’t nothing like I expected. The animals looked tired, the staff weren’t much help at all, and the whole area had a bad smell. I wouldn’t say it was the best experience.

I put in a basic ticket and expected at least some kind of response, but it felt like it just got ignored. I waited way too long, and when I finally tried to get help, there wasn’t really any useful support. Super frustrating for something that should’ve been simple.

"First impression was underwhelming"
Right away, my first impression of sweeteats.com was that there just wasn’t a whole lot to do. I was expecting more activities or options to keep me interested, but it felt limited from the start. A few things were decent, but after a little while I got bored and didn’t really feel a reason to stick around. It could definitely use more variety and better options

"Melted sweets and unhelpful customer service"
I ordered some sweets during a warm week, and when they showed up, everything was melted and stuck together in one big mess. There was no cold pack, no warning about the heat, nothing to help prevent it. When I reached out to customer service, they basically just told me that weather can affect delivery, like I didn’t already understand that. It felt dismissive and a bit like they were talking down to me. If they’re going to ship food items, they really need to plan better for hot weather.

The cake was decent, but I was expecting it to be a bit more memorable. The coffee tasted kind of weak today too, which was a little disappointing since I thought it would have more flavor. Overall, it was okay, just not quite what I was hoping for

I don’t know, I really wanted to like sweeteats.com, but the whole thing just ended up being more annoying than anything. The order took way longer than I thought it would, and by the time it finally got to me I was already kind of over it. Then the food itself just didn’t feel worth what I paid, which is always frustrating because you’re hoping at least the wait will be made up for somehow. Maybe other people have had better experiences, and that’s great, but for me it was a 1 star situation and I don’t see myself giving it another shot.

"Waited way too long for my order"
and I ordered from sweeteats.com thinking it would be a quick and easy meal, but the wait ended up being way longer than expected. The site showed one delivery time at first, then it kept getting pushed back without much of an update, which was frustrating.
By the time the food finally showed up, I wasn’t even excited for it anymore. It tasted okay, but after waiting that long, it really didn’t feel worth it. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they get better about timing and communication

"Parking was a total mess"
I don’t even know if I was there for 10 minutes or half an hour, but it felt like forever just trying to find parking. I kept circling around, couldn’t tell where I was supposed to go because the signs were basically no help, and by the time I figured maybe I’d try one more lap, I was already too frustrated. I ended up leaving before I even picked up my order.

"Christmas Event Was a Letdown"
I was really looking forward to the Christmas event, but it ended up being disappointing. It just didn’t feel worth the time or money, and I left feeling more let down than festive. I wanted to enjoy it so badly, which made it even more frustrating.

I went on a sunny day and there was almost no shaded seating available. We ended up rushing through our food just to get out of the heat, which made the whole visit uncomfortable. The food might be decent, but the seating setup really needs to be addressed. If you’re going to have outdoor seating, there should be a better plan for shade and guest comfort.

I just don’t feel like this membership is worth the money. I expected more for what I’m paying, and so far it’s been underwhelming. If it doesn’t improve soon, I’m probably going to cancel and take my money somewhere else.

"Hours were completely off"
I ordered from sweeteats.com in a hurry because the site said they were open and there was a delivery slot available. Then my order got delayed twice before it ended up getting cancelled altogether. The hours on the site are clearly wrong. I wasted time waiting when I really just needed to grab food quickly and ended up having to scramble to find something else

"A fun day out that felt worth it"
I was a little unsure about the admission price at first, since it did feel a bit expensive, but we ended up staying for hours and the kids had loads to keep them busy. That made me feel better about it. The food prices do add up, so I’d maybe plan for that ahead of time, but overall it turned out to be a really fun day and I was glad we went.
